What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the arrival of your item with a full refund. Items must be returned with labels still attached in order for your return to be viable. Any returns made past the 14 day period will not be accepted.

What are your payment options?

We accept bank cards including Visa, Visa Debit, AMEX, Credit Cards and others. We now also offer Klarna as a payment option.

What are your delivery times?

Delivery time for all handmade swimwear purchases is between 2-3 weeks.

Delivery time for all Lingerie purchases is between 1-3 days (standard delivery).

Do you offer Exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges on items purchased. If you wish to change the item you have purchased, a returns option is available that offers a full return of funds.
